Hope everyone is watching baseball, enjoying something from the grill, kissing their moms, slurping a cold beverage, viewing an exploding rocket display and occasionally giving thanks for the ole U.S. of A..

By the way, are any locals still here in N.O.? The uptown streets are practically empty.

    I spent my 4th over on Algiers Point. Certainly a blast, even from the other side of the river.
