Just snippets here and there…
There’s something just lovely about keeping the windows open and hearing the conversations from folks as they stumble away from Parasol’s up the street.
There’s lots of giggling, some arguing, some loud-mouthed back-and-forth but, mostly, just some leftover fun that kinda oozes out the door along with the trail of air conditioning.
Thank you, Jeff, for running a good place.

I just moev in about three doors down from Parasol’s. We are new neighbors. Does it get terribly loud and obnoxious late at night?
Mmmmmm, a roast-beef poboy from Parasol’s was my big indulgence every Friday when I was renovating my house. Nothing like sitting on the front porch, all covered with house grime, tearing into one of those, washing it down with a cold Barqs. Ulllgghhhhhh.
No. It’s not loud or obnoxious at all (except St. Patrick’s Day).
“mmmmm, a roast-beef poboy from Parasol’s was my big indulgence..”
I hear ya, the best roast-beef poboy in town, bar none, hands down.
for all the outlanders reading up on New Orleans, this place is not to be missed during your next visit.
