WTUL has returned to the air but they are broadcasting from Rue de la Course on Oak & Carrollton. Between the eclectic mix you can sometimes hear the coffee grinder and the din of the cafe in the background. Referred to as simply TUL by locals, they have been gaining more mainstream popularity amongst my own demographic who have been gettin a bit weary of ‘OZ and this could actually really turn out to be a great boost to their public relations.
