Blanc-look Speaks…..idiot.
Governess Kathleen Blanc-look won a small victory when exFEMA Chief Mke Brown accepted some of the blame for the post Katrina response - sort of. Either way, we should all thank Mike Brown for taking the blame. In my opinion, it is a political favor. Let me explain why I think that. It’s pretty widely known now that the fat cats in D.C. are concerned that the 800 grillion dollars they’re considering giving to Louisiana might by lost, stolen, or otherwise squandered by state and local authorities. Personally, I don’t know where they’d get such a loopy idea but when politicians don’t even trust you it’s like a lawyer calling you a liar. So, if Mike Brown gets both his nuts in one hand and accepts some of the blame then it can serve to help improve Blanc-look’s image, which will help Louisiana get the recovery money it needs. And of course, lacking all sense of grace, she promptly took opportunity to rub it in. She’s such a fucking stupid bitch. I can’t stand her.
I won’t say I want something bad to happen to her, but I will say that if something bad was to happen to her I would be very happy.
And this…tool….
“James Ward Jr., deputy director of the corps’ Task Force Hope, told the committee that 16 percent of the job of repairing levees damaged by Katrina has been finished, and that the corps is confident it will complete that mission by June 1, the beginning of hurricane season.”
It’s like a word problem in high school math:
If it takes 5 months to accomplish 16% of a job, how long will it take to accomplish the other 84%? I’m not exactly a math genius, but even I know the answer isn’t 5 months. What the fuck? I hope this guy isn’t doing any math that actually applies to the levees themselves. But I bet he can calculate the psi of Willie Nagin’s foot in his ass if it isn’t done by June 1st. By then Willie will be so out of his mind he may just order a gang hit on James “math is fun” Ward.

Knowing the Corps, their argument is: the early work (the 16% completed) was the most labor intensive and as the work progresses and becomes easier, it will snowball and get down on time. That’s their standard line. Sometimes, they’re right. Sometimes, well, anyway, I hope they are right this time.
A.
I think ole Brownie apologized to help his consulting business. Think about it, what better way to drum up business than to say, “Hey, these are the mistakes I made, let me help you not make the same ones.” Even though we know better, it makes him look like a stand-up, take-one-on-the-chin kind of guy who can admit his own mistakes. Good business move. He’s still a bastard.
Jack, let me play Devil’s Advocate and offer that the levee equation may not be linear, i.e. what Ann said.
I’m much meaner than you so I say I wish something really bad would happen to her.
Actually I wish she would just disappear.
“Actually I wish she would just disappear.”
Are you kidding, after the next election she’s going to disappear faster than David Blaine can palm a card.
I have found that by using the internet, I can get lots and lots of information on any topic I can think of, like levees, flood control, etc.
Why did your governor have to make a trip to Holland (on your tax money) to see how that country accomplished the task?
Or maybe just an excuse to check out wild Amsterdam!
Living in the quarter, I see all of the t-shirts with her and his mug- what a couple. Btw, Brownie is writing a book- of course and Blank0 as I refer to her went to LeveeHeaven so she didn;t have to sit through anymore 1 hour Garland interview.
you are a “stupid fucking bitch” and a boring, tired misogynist. get a real critique of the guvnah. she needs one
Misogynist? Someone must have been flipping through their ‘word of the day’ calendar. Sounds like you may have spent a little too much time alone with the “creepy” uncle.
Thanks for stopping by.
