Mail Delivered

Yesterday I got home and my jaw dropped. Mail. Wow. I had given up. Another thing I found I could live without. I read in the paper today that the over the counter pick-up will be ending June 30th. Thank god. This whole mail thing has been a nightmare. Routine things have been so disrupted that they may never go back to being routine. Just how every man, woman, and cat has a cell phone post-K, many of us have online bill pay and a postal box or we just get mail at someone else’s house. b.rox got mail at his place not far from here back in January. The oldest post-mark in my pile is from February. It was something I rejected at the facility, it’s been sitting there all this time and now it’s back. Oh, and postal people, Cedric and Jimmie Clark don’t live here. Looks like they used this address to get financing for a car for which they are already in default. My Netflix made it but I have already changed that address back to uptown because it wasn’t working for so long. Hey, y’all send me a letter. . . .

My mail delivery started off decent, then really got bad for a while there, but seems to be improving again. Mail sometimes still takes six weeks to arrive, or gets returned to sender.
