The Fesitval of Neighborhoods is an opportunity for people to learn about neighborhood planning in a fesitval atmosphere. A big tent will house neighborhood and nonprofit organizations that will inform people of the resources they have to assist in rebuilding. The Mid-City Art Market will be there, too. This is happening this Saturday and it is free, so check it out.
