End cruelty to vermin now!
I don’t recall Hurricane Katrina or the collapse of the levees causing my fees for city services to decrease, yet garbage pick-up is still happening only once a week. Uh, Sugar Ray, when can we go back to the regular twice a week pick-ups? As the days get hotter, this is bothering me more and more. I’m not asking for myself alone. It’s just that by the time Thursday comes around, my maggots are starting to gag.

Was that citywide? I don’t remember twice a day pick up in the Lower Garden District.

I don’t remember twice a day, either, but it sure was twice a week in the LGD. If I missed one pickup, I always had another chance in the same week.

When they come to fix the canyon in Magazine St. by my place and pick up the giant growing pile of trash right next to my friend’s house in MidCity which smells like a rotting beached whale, we can go back to twice a week pickup.
There was twice a week pickup in my part of the LGD–Mondays and Thursdays.
