free stuff to do in December
Holidays are great because you can look at Faberge eggs (and maybe a couple of paintings I think) and also hear great music in a beautiful place for free!
Check out NOMA http://www.noma.org/ through December 31 – free for all Louisiana residents. The picture below is from their current temporary exhibit called Carnival!
