No it’s not about the Ho’s taken over the French Quarter. It’s a update to a previous story. After numerous attempts to contact the church in Memphis to see if they would allow us to raise some cash to replace what a New Orleans family basically scammed from them, the radio station has given up.

No return calls, no awww that’s nice but we’re okay. Nothing like that. Just silence. So we move on. I was never completely comfortable trying to raise some cash for a church. Not just that particular church, but any church. From my view, it was always about trying to let the rest of the country know that not everyone from here is a scam artist.

I would have preferred that those fools took the cash from Mickie D’s as Craig said in an earlier post actually. At least the Golden Arches would have called back. And I could have gotten a McRib or something out of the deal.
