Saints Roundup

If you’re like me, you’ve spent most of your work week looking at Saints shit on the internet. I’ll try to run down some of the highlights for me.

Barack Obama loses my vote. The “experts” at ESPN pick the Saints to win unanimously, except for the stupid accuscore computer. The “experts” at CBS Sports aren’t as smart, but Pete Prisco (who is 7-1 for postseason picks) chooses the Saints. Just plain ridiculous: Chicago Sun-Times tries to sound knowledgable about how voodoo is on our side. Also from Sun-Times, Bobby Hebert vows to dress in drag if Saints win.

Now, on to YouTube. This guy is my all-time favorite Saints lunatic. From what I can gather, he lives in Atlanta and currently has 234 videos online, mostly about how the Saints are awesome. See this, this, and this, this for some prime examples. Then there are some corny heartfelt tributes like this and this one. There are more crazy fans. It goes on and on like this.

Well, I’d like to add more links but it’s starting to detract from my ability to do nothing but read about the Saints.

Honestly, I can’t get enough of the Saints online and on the tube. When I get the chance to use a high-speed hooked-up computer (my own PC is limited to dialup), I’m going to check out the YouTube link you’ve provided.

Now Bobby Hebert in drag? *shiver* Almost takes me off my feed thinking about that one.
