Short and Sweet

Jefferson Parish is asking FEMA for funds to repair roads that were damaged post-K. A committee is getting $650,000 to assess the damage to the streets. Would it not make more sense to spend the $650,000 to repair the streets? This is yet another example of your tax dollars at work. How do I get on this committee?

    Orleans is spending 4.8 million to fix up Robert E. Lee Blvd. Great! Fix a road in a ghost town that nobody even drives on.

    Hey, guys there is no information on a 100 year storm!

    Never has been!

    We haven’t been keeping storm records that long.

    Wgat we do know is every 15-30 years Louisiana has a really big hurricane!
