I feel for the situation of this family, your friends..and all others going through the same sort of situation.Where are the churchs? Can't a collection be taken up at hotels with cans for donation's,like when AIDS first came out and AIDS groups put cans and penny jars in bars and hotels for donation's? Are there any support groups and can you help each other one at a time with donation's,etc? These are just a few suggestions.I am here in San Francisco and I am afraid of an earthquake and an episode just like what you suffered through and are still experiencing there in New Orleans. In a related news article on the web today,it says that one barrier to the rebuilding of New Orleans is the fact there are so few functioning hospitals open, and that is a reason that tourist's are still reluctant to travel there and also for homeowner's to come back and rebuild. My heart still goes out to all of you suffering in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. We must bring our troops home from Iraq now and have them on the borders and down in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast to help rebuild homes and bring crime under control.

The mayor decided that the people who weren't living here were the priority. Those people elected him and he has stayed focused on them. Well, he's been focused on them and stocking up his war chest, uh, and sucking on Hollywood's collective cock. The only thing in this city of interest to Nagin is the Quarter because of tourist money. The only use for the people living in nola right now are to nickel and dime us to death with traffic tickets while we dodge bullets and wait for insurance rates to run us all out of town.

Anyone living here who hasn't resigned themselves to the fact that your fuct is just not paying attention.

I would invite his administration to give me one example of anything he's done; anything at all, that has netted even a single person returning to nola. And what is it he thinks is waiting for them here anyway? Personally, I've seen more people I know leave than come back in the last 6 weeks.

I just listen to<a href="http://www.pandora.com/?sc=sh221521459516990681" rel="nofollow"> quiet music </a> and wait for the end of my time here anymore.
