It's not hard to tell, just go to the corner of St Chuck and Napoleon. It will become pretty evident to anyone that knows anything about beads and floats. It's Carnival time, baby! I can also tell by my backyard, as it backs up to Stern Tennis. There is some cleanup evident on the sattelite court that is not in the other photo (man, I wish they would finish up and get with the program. They are running a semi private club out of a public venue and it is gettting kind of old. I miss that place. Very convenient and it used to be really top notch.)
