Richard,
As a native Atlantan who has moved to New Orleans and lived there for a few years (I consider it to be my home) you might want to try this restaurant, Apres Diem. It’s pretty much the only place that I ever missed in ATL. As we both know, New Orleans is far-superior in mostly everything. Apres has a very artsy vibe, a great list, and moderately priced food. Regardless, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as possible.
