		<description>Well, I suppose every place has its share of problems -- meteorological and otherwise -- but the folks in Austin or Montreal or Pittsburgh don&#039;t have to worry much about hurricanes.

On the aesthetic front, however, I think New Orleans and southern Louisiana win hands-down. The only place I&#039;ve ever been that matches the natural beauty of our region has been Holland -- which is, not surprisingly, flat and swampy and prone to flooding.</description>
