I grew up in New Orleans, left in the early 90s, often thought about moving back as I so and will always consider New Orleans to be my home. But as the years go by I doubt that I will ever there again. It's a great place and I really miss parts of it. No other city in America has the kind of soul that the Big Easy just oozes. Still there are problems and I don't know if it would be a sound decision to return. I do visit often however. New Orleans, Proud to call it home, no matter where I happen to live!
