Cheap Fundraiser

Cheap Thr!ll is one of NOLA’s most bold and vivacious skater’s. She broke two of her ankle bones when skating derby in a shark-infested tank a couple weeks ago.

The Louisiana Pizza Kitchen in the French Quarter (at 95 French Market Place in the French Quarter) is donating 25% of all proceeds today only to go to Cheap and the shark’s medical expenses. So go eat there tonight!

Shouldn’t someone who is willing to skate into a shark infested tank think about possibly having health insurance before undertaking such an endeavor?

I said ‘bold and vivacious’ not ‘prepared for the consequnces’.

…How does one even do that? I mean, was she wearing scuba gear and somehow skating underwater? Or were the sharks just sorta flopping around like a very big version of the asthma awareness spot featuring the goldfish?

Seriously, though, I wish her well and hope for a speedy recovery.

ok. so it wasn’t a shark infested tank. unless by ‘shark’ you mean ‘agile skateboarders’ and ‘tank’ you mean ‘skate park with ramps and bowls’.
